1. Consumer Directed Services (C.D.S) Eligibility

Consumer Directed Services (C.D.S) empower individuals to choose their caregivers, allowing for a personalized care experience. To be eligible for our C.D.S services:

  • You must be eligible for Medicaid.
  • You or your representative must be capable of directing your own care.
  • You must meet the state’s criteria for receiving C.D.S.
